First Capital Realty Arranges Sale of eaves Rockville in Rockville, Maryland

Rockville, Maryland, Dec. 29, 2016 – First Capital Realty has arranged the sale of eaves Rockville, a 210-unit apartment community in Rockville. The buyer was an entity formed by the principals of Cove Property Management and Advantage Properties, and the seller was AvalonBay Communities.
